Job summary

Simply Southern is seeking a friendly part-time Retail Associate to provide enthusiastic customer service in our store locations. You will greet customers, answer questions, help them find items they love, and contribute to a positive shopping experience that reflects our brand.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and engaging customers with knowledge of our products. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility with weekend/evening shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk 4–10 hours daily.
• Strong communication and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Assist customers in finding items and making recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
