Job summary

Simply Southern is seeking store team members to provide enthusiastic customer service as customers shop and purchase our apparel. You will help customers by understanding their needs and suggesting items they would enjoy, while reflecting the brand's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Flexible weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Prior retail experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk 4–10 hours a day.
• Friendly, self-motivated with good communication.

Responsibilities
