Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is hiring a Part-Time Retail Associate in Rosemont, IL. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and process sales at the register while upholding store standards.

You will work flexible retail hours, be part of an energetic team, and enjoy employee discounts across Columbia brands. Prior POS experience is preferred and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years (or less) experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience with POS and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability.
• Perform all required cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
