Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist customers with product questions, make tailored recommendations, and help maintain visual standards.

This role requires 16+ years of age, no specific education required (HS diploma or GED preferred), and familiarity with POS systems. Part-time position with benefits and employee discounts available.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions, explaining product features and benefits, and making product recommendations.

• Perform all required cash register transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Contribute to store profitability by accurately handling product flow and inventory.
