Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is recruiting for a Retail Associate in Rosemont, IL. You will provide excellent customer service, answer questions about merchandise, and help customers find suitable options.

You will also handle checkout, participate in loyalty programs, and support stock movement to keep the store inviting. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No advanced education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Able to operate POS and basic retail software.
