Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise, stockroom to sales floor, and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and maintain records (including payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain storefront fixtures, displays, and loss prevention measures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged items.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates; ensure a respectful environment.
