Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to improve profitability and brand performance.
• Own your designated division (visual merchandising, operations, HR, service & selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
