Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with ordering merchandise, handling damaged merchandise, and cash deposits/receipts; support loss prevention.
• Develop Store Associates and supervise under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional store environment and adherence to policies.
