Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres in Ware is hiring a Part Time Retail Sales Advisor. You will join the Ware branch to provide exceptional customer service, assist with product recommendations and stock handling. The role offers a 24-hour week over 3 days, with Saturdays 8-5pm on a rota basis, plus pension and other benefits.

Training is provided for the right candidate, and enthusiasm for home décor products is welcome. The store carries wallpapers, blinds, paints and related decor materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
• Experience in retail is advantageous but not required.
• Able to work Saturdays and on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in-store.
• Use product knowledge to recommend suitable items.
• Assist with stock handling and training as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and ensure a complete service.
• Promote seasonal and special items to boost sales.
• Support stock maintenance and unload deliveries when required.
