Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for the Central Park Boathouse to support all food and beverage operations. You will help with staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching, while ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

You will also manage inventory, enforce responsible alcohol service, oversee cash procedures, and uphold sanitation and safety policies in a fast-paced environment. Night and weekend work required; 18+ and English fluency essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.
• Directly managing staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain high-volume food and beverage inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Develop and enforce service standards, sanitation, and product quality.
• Conduct inventory audits and participate in monthly counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
