Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for the Central Park Boathouse to support all food and beverage operations. You will help with staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching, while ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

You will also manage inventory, enforce responsible alcohol service, oversee cash procedures, and uphold sanitation and safety policies in a fast-paced environment. Night and weekend work required; 18+ and English fluency essential.

The Restaurant Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.* Directly managing staff while having direct interaction with customers.* Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.* Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.* Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.* Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.* Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.* Conduct a physical audit of inventory and product. Research and perform reconciliations.* Support and participate in monthly inventory processes, including counting, tracking, and reconciling discrepancies**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
