Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality presentation per established standards.

Greet guests and take orders promptly and professionally.

Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining health and presentation standards.

Clear and clean tables efficiently, and maintain cleanliness of the service area.

Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as required, keeping stations clean and organized.

Report service or safety issues to management and make service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction.

Handle guest payments and transactions as needed.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You

• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
• Food service experience and knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Alcohol awareness certification, food service permit, or health/food handler card as required by local regulations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for taking orders, paperwork, and handling transactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle food objects.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
