Job summary

BC Lynd Hospitality seeks a part-time Restaurant Server for the Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen to deliver high-quality service, take and deliver orders, and process payments with accuracy. You will maintain a welcoming dining experience across indoor and outdoor hotel settings.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling menu items, and ensuring timely service while standing for extended periods. A High School diploma and TABC certification are preferred prerequisites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be TABC certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver guest orders in a courteous, attentive manner.
• Take payments and cashier using the POS system.
• Bus tables, reset stations, and maintain clean dining areas.
• Upsell food and beverage promotions to guests.
