Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to join Indigo Raleigh in North Carolina. Under general supervision, you will provide prompt and courteous food service to restaurant guests.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, accommodate special requests, maintain cleanliness, handle cash, and assist teammates during busy periods. The role requires English fluency, basic cash handling, and a friendly, organized approach to multitasking in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

Greet and take food and drink orders and serve them, accommodating special requests.
Maintain attention to customers throughout the dining experience and meet service standards.
Restock and clean during opening and closing sidework.
Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
Keep restaurant, waitstation and kitchen clean to meet health standards.
Document guest checks clearly and follow check-use procedures.
Receive payment and ensure accuracy of checks and payments.
Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed.
Respond to inquiries with timely, knowledgeable information.
Present a clean, professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
