Harvest Healthcare Solutions is hiring compassionate Part-Time Respite Care Workers to support adults transitioning from hospitals and other facilities in Placer County. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help maintain safety and independence in community and residential settings.

Qualifications

• Must have caregiving-related experience or training.
• DOJ Live Scan background clearance required.
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• TB clearance required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate supervision and support in residential, community, or recuperative care settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being; report concerns to supervisors.
• Support individuals transitioning from healthcare, rehabilitation, or behavioral health settings; encourage appointments and community activities.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and progress notes; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
