Pacific Homecare Services in North Bay is seeking a Part Time respite care provider in Sonoma, Napa, and Solano County. The role involves hands-on personal care, mobility support, and adherence to our core values of respect, honesty, and kindness.

The caregiver will assist with hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, transfers, and recreational and developmental activities, while also managing light household tasks related to client care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35 pounds, remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, and bend or stand as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Promote Pacific Homecare Services’ core values – respect, honesty, and kindness.
• Assist the individuals we serve with all aspects of personal care including hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide standby assistance during transfers and help with mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support opening medication containers if needed (administered by client or guardian).
• Support nutritional needs and meal preparation within the care plan.
• Perform household tasks essential to the client’s health and comfort within 20% caregiving time.
