Qualifications

• Possesses an earned associate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Holds an Indiana-licensed Respiratory Therapy Practitioner (RTP).
• Has four years of direct experience in Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with College policy and objectives.
• Develop and maintain course outlines and lesson plans.
• Monitor and document student performance throughout the semester.
• Provide academic-related coaching to assigned student advisees.

Skills

Knowledge of current respiratory therapy technologies

Effective instructional skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to mentor students

Education

Associate's degree or higher in a related field

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification

Indiana-licensed Respiratory Therapy Practitioner (RTP)
