Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the subject field, or Master’s Degree with at least thirty (30) approved graduate semester hours in the subject or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in the subject field and relevant professional experience, or other combinations permitted by accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned credit courses in accordance with approved syllabi and objectives.
• Prepare instruction materials, activities, and assessments for each course modality (in-person, hybrid, or online).
• Deliver instruction using effective teaching strategies to engage students.
• Assess student performance, grade assignments and exams, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records (attendance, grades, documentation).
• Communicate course expectations and learning outcomes clearly to students.
• Maintain office hours or student availability as defined by the department.
