The faculty member will collaborate with program leadership, adjunct faculty, clinical affiliates, and college staff to ensure learners meet outcomes and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC).
• Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• Bachelor's degree from a USDE-accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as an RRT.

Responsibilities

• Teach respiratory care courses across classroom, lab, simulation, clinical, and online settings.
• Develop engaging instruction and assess student learning.
• Plan and evaluate laboratories and simulation experiences.
• Collaborate with program leadership and clinical affiliates.
• Participate in curriculum reviews and program assessment.
• Engage in college service and professional organizations.
