Job summary

ARC-IV in Imperial, CA is seeking a Personal Attendant for part-time shifts in a group home setting. You will work under a Lead Staff to support residents with daily living activities, documentation, and safety procedures.

The role includes assisting with training, basic health tasks under supervision, data entry, transportation, and meal preparation, while maintaining infection control and confidentiality as required by CAL-OSHA and ARC policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and rehabilitation programs as planned by the interdisciplinary team.
• Enter data in daily programs and resident records; document nursing care.
• Communicate with residents' team, family, and physicians about care status.
• Administer prescribed medications under nursing supervision; document counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, meals, transportation, and assist with shopping for residents.
