Job summary

Haven Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Transportation Attendant. You will coordinate transportation for current and prospective residents, ensuring safety and compliance with traffic rules while assisting residents to enter and exit company vehicles.

You will schedule and align resident appointments with nursing staff, maintain professional communication, and uphold safety guidelines. A valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and background checks are required; English

Qualifications

• Valid, Unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Acceptable Driving History without Serious Violations.
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing.
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation plans for residents to ensure timely appointments.
• Ensure resident safety while assisting entry and exit from vehicles.
• Work with Central Supply, Scheduling, and nursing staff to align transport needs.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
