Job summary

Waters Of Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Transportation/Facility Bus Driver to ensure the transit and safety of residents. The driver operates under the Transportation Director, following established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include transporting residents, maintaining mileage logs, keeping the van clean, and ensuring passengers are safely seated. Must have a valid license, clean record, and HS diploma or GED; CPR cert is required, CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED with CPR certification.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents and staff to designated areas as scheduled.
• Maintain appearance and complete daily/monthly logs.
• Ensure passengers are safely seated and follow safety rules.
• Obey speed limits and report safety violations.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
