Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human service planning, sexual and domestic violence, and low-income populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Resident Support: orient new residents and assist with access to rent/utility assistance and case management services.
• Network: build relationships with agencies serving low-income, elderly and disabled individuals; connect residents to SSI/SSD and employment resources.
• Resourceful: maintain up-to-date information on referral resources and create community resource documents.
• Coordinate: plan and conduct social, educational, artistic, and other community-based activities for residents.
