Job summary

Inspired Living in Sun City Center, FL, seeks a part-time Resident Experience Coordinator to manage resident activities, calendar planning, and transportation support. The role emphasizes engaging residents across intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social needs, with budget-conscious event coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and relevant experience in assisted living, with proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or a field related to the position.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing.
• Coordinates and carries out resident activities daily within budget; develops monthly calendar.
• Arrange entertainment and promote activities within the building.
• Plan quarterly events with marketing input; manage setup and cleanup.
• Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and medical trips.
• Ensure safety compliance and assist with injury investigations when required.
• Foster teamwork, take initiative, and support colleagues and residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
