Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to help create an outstanding dining experience for residents. You will greet guests, guide them to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selections using our POS system.

As a team member, you’ll deliver consistent service, build relationships with residents, and support opening/closing duties as directed by the community. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Assist in dish and drink selection and take orders.
• Maintain open and closing dining duties as instructed by the community.
