Job summary

Robinwood Retirement Community in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will assist in Casual and Fine Dining, carry trays, serve beverages, and respond to feedback with kindness.

No previous work experience is required; you must be at least 15 and able to communicate in English. You may need to obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire as local regulations require.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining by assisting residents in Casual Dining: carry trays, offer beverages, and meet service needs.
• In Fine Dining, greet tables, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident comments and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Help with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
