Millstream Commons by Three Links Health Services in Northfield, MN is hiring a Part Time Resident Assistant (RA) for Days or Evenings. On-site position with salary range $19.67–$21.51 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, reporting changes in condition, and supporting independence while ensuring safe, clean living areas. Prioritize respectful, compassionate care and collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age.
• No CNA/NAR required.
• Interest in learning.
• Treat residents with respect and courtesy.
• Work collaboratively with nursing team to provide direct care according to the established plan of care.

Responsibilities

• providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
• reporting changes in resident condition
• promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills
• keeping the resident areas safe and orderly
• RAs are responsible for medication passing.
