Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant in Duluth, MN to support residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, caring environment. You will observe and document resident activities and help onboard new Associates, while following medication administration training standards.

This role requires 18+ for lift operation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a supportive, team-focused setting with a robust benefits package.
