Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to provide compassionate care while building meaningful relationships.

You will observe and document care, assist with onboarding of new associates, and participate in a supportive team that shares our core values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
