Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, compassionate assistance with activities of daily living as trained.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or needs to team members.
• Follow resident care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
