Job Description and Requirements

The Patterson Lab seeks a Part-Time Research Assistant responsible for laboratory organization, basic molecular biology, and biochemistry experiments, including:

1. General lab skills
2. Genotyping transgenic mice
3. PCR and gel electrophoresis
4. Biochemical analyses like western blot, RNA/DNA isolation, qRT-PCR
5. Data manipulation, statistical analysis, and figure preparation for research publications
