Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and provide good customer service.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• DOT-regulated role requiring a driver qualification file and screenings.
• Willingness to work required schedule and location, and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales processes.
• Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage and oversee a large fleet of vehicles.
• Match vehicle demand with availability.
• Coordinate all aspects of customer accounts.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Take on other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
