Penske is seeking a part-time Rental Representative in Dayton, OH. This entry-level role involves collaborating with sales, administrative, service, and operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Typical hours are 15-25 per week, with flexibility to support business needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in retail sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to drive Penske vehicles. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong customer service and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive Penske vehicles up to 26' box truck
• DOT regulatory requirements and safety awareness are essential
