Penske in Dayton, OH is hiring a Part-Time Rental Representative. You will be involved with sales, administrative, service, and operations teams, starting an entry-level career with the nation's leading transportation company.

This position is part-time (approximately 15-25 hours per week) and requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive Penske vehicles up to 26' box trucks, and willingness to pass a background check and drug screen. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• At least 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles up to 26' box truck.
• DOT-regulated role with driver qualification file, MVR checks, and drug screening.
• Willingness to work the assigned schedule at the Dayton location and pass background checks.
