Job summary

Kimps Ace Hardware is seeking an hourly rental associate to assist with the manual task throughout the store. You will help prepare equipment for reservations, inspect returns, and handle deliveries with a focus on safety and customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, weekend availability, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently. Training on our software and equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work on a weekend rotation.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds frequently.
• Must possess the ability to stay on task & complete work in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow company policies.
• Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
• Experience with equipment (preferred but willing to train).
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Diligent attention to safety.

Responsibilities
