Job summary

GO Foundation is seeking dedicated tutors to provide online math and ELA support to students. You will lead small-group sessions in a virtual environment, adapt to different learning styles, and maintain records of progress.

Ideal candidates are college students or those with tutoring experience, available at least 5 hours/week (Mon-Thu 8am–3pm ET), and comfortable following provided lesson plans and communicating with families online.

Qualifications

• Minimum: enrolled in higher education or an associate degree.
• Proficient with virtual learning platforms and online collaboration tools.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual tutoring to students in Math and/or ELA.
• Review lesson plans and instructional materials in advance to prepare for sessions.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Maintain records of student progress and session outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents via the online platform.
