Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Ohio. This role supports a national telehealth model with a flexible schedule and a full caseload target after credentialing.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. You’ll attain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with sessions seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Competenze

• Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD).
• Able to provide 20 hours weekly with 15 sessions minimum.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples/children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Ohio — LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
