Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cleveland, OH. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company offering credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support, plus paid orientation to help you build a full caseload within 90 days. Flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET. Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD) and able to see a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cleveland, OH. About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you're:

• Independently licensed and living in Ohio — LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
