Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside and growth potential. You will engage warm leads, coaching yourself through a proven process and collaborating with experienced teams to meet and exceed targets.

In this role you will talk with clients who already requested information on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results. Interviews are held on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with clients over video calls.
• Ability to follow a written process and scripts.
• Willingness to participate in coaching and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations with potential clients via remote calls.
• Explain financial-protection option benefits clearly to clients.
• Help clients enroll when it’s a fit for their needs.
• Maintain a clean, consistent follow-up rhythm with prospects.
