Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a remote career with upside. You will engage with warm leads who have requested information on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

Your work involves taking requested conversations, explaining benefit options simply, helping clients enroll when it is a fit, and maintaining a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are conducted on Zoom.
