Rasmussen University invites applications for an Online Adjunct Instructor teaching Structure and Function of the Human Body. The role focuses on anatomy and physiology of the skeletal and muscular systems, with coverage of nervous, cardiovascular and other body systems.

You will communicate with students, support through the Academic Dean, and participate in professional development; pay is market-based with pay per full-term Work Unit and a strong benefits package including 401(k) and tuition

Competenze

• Teaching experience preferred (Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of study)
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, leadership, and peers
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills in the English language
• Online adjuncts will need regular access to a computer with the following system requirements

Mansioni

• Communicate with students in regards to feedback on student performance on a consistent basis throughout the course and as required by the Faculty Expectations
• Be available for students via phone, email and for individual appointments as needed for questions and academic assistance
• Respond to Dean/University staff in regards to performance, student issues/concerns, or items needed for faculty file/accreditation needs in a timely manner
• Adjacent to teaching responsibilities, participate in faculty meetings and professional development
