Job summary

Remedy Place is seeking an RN with a medical license to join as a Per Diem IV provider in Los Angeles. You will administer IV therapies and IM injections, monitor patients, assess contraindications, educate guests, and collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional safety and care.

Qualifications

• RN with an active license required.
• 3+ years of IV therapy experience.
• 2+ years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• 1+ years of intramuscular injections required.
• Background in holistic health care is required.
• Experience in critical care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform vitals.
• Seamlessly administer IV treatments and IM injections.
• Continuously monitor patients during visits for safety.
• Conduct initial IV consultations / good faith exams evaluating contraindications.
• Mix ingredients for IV bags and IM injections.
• Recommend appropriate IVs, injections, and wellness tests for patients.
• Coordinate care with other team members.
• Chart notes and patient information in the EMR system.
• Track daily revenue, bookings, and other notes.
• Assist in ordering inventory for medical supplies when requested.
• Update inventory and communicate supply needs to the IV Department Team.
• Make patients feel safe, comfortable, and informed during their Remedy Place experience.
• Provide nutritional counseling overview with new patients and prospects.
• Offer tours and explain benefits of IVs/injections and other products.
• Inform patients which products complement their treatments.
• Willing to take on miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

At Remedy Place, our IV providers complement our IV team to cover the gaps for absences and events. Per Diem IV providers will not receive a set schedule in order to provide additional support when needed. Per Diem IV providers are personable, professional, and confident individuals dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of every guest. As a Per Diem provider, you will have a strong background in holistic healthcare and a passion for natural therapies. You not only bring excellent clinical skills and bedside manner but also possess extensive knowledge to educate guests on basic wellness principles. Proactive and self-driven, you require minimal supervision, demonstrating a keen understanding of responsibilities even during downtimes. We are looking for someone to work Sundays and early evenings during the week.

Your expertise includes explaining contraindications, pros and cons, and the purpose of IV vitamin therapy, allowing you to recommend the most suitable IV options tailored to each guest's primary wellness goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform vitals.
• Seamlessly administer patient IV treatments and IM injections.

• Conduct initial IV medical consultations / IV good faith exams evaluating potential contraindications.
• Mix the ingredients for the IV bags and IM injections.
• Recommend the appropriate IVs, injections, and functional wellness tests for a patient’s particular type of stressors.
• Coordinate care with other team members.
• Chart all relevant notes and patient information on our Electronic Medical Record-keeping system.
• Complete organized and timely tracking of daily revenue, bookings, and other notes.
• Assist in the ordering of inventory for medical supplies (if requested).
• Update inventory and communicate supply needs to the IV Department Team.
• Make patients feel safe, comfortable, and informed during their Remedy Place experience.
• Recommend appropriate nutritional counseling overview with new patients and prospects.
• Provide tours and overviews of the benefits of the IVs/IM injections as well as the other products and services offered at the club.
• Inform patients which products and services would complement their IV/injection treatments.
• Willing to work on other miscellaneous tasks that may be assigned by either the Department Director, IV Lead, or club management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to cover shifts on-site for holistic IV administration with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
• Availability to support on-site and off-site events with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
• Proactive and self-driven, you require minimal supervision, demonstrating a keen understanding of responsibilities even during downtimes
• RN with an active medical license (RN license)
• 3+ years of experience in IV therapy
• 2+ years of direct patient care experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of intramuscular injections
• Background in holistic health care (required)
• Experience in critical care (preferred)Must have good bedside manner
