Job summary

U.S. Bank in Bend, OR is seeking a part-time Peak Time Relationship Banker for a 19-hour weekly schedule. The role focuses on building client relationships through proactive outreach, handling teller transactions, and identifying customer financial needs with a digital-first approach.

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling while adhering to bank policies. NMLS registration is required and a criminal/credit check may be performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
• Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
• Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
