U.S. Bank is seeking a part-time Peak Time Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, assess customer needs, and promote bank products across branch locations, including metro, community, and in-store settings.

The role requires flexibility to work at nearby locations, a focus on relationship-building, and the ability to engage customers with digital tools and self-service options to drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service according to U.S. Bank standards.
• Work a schedule of less than 20 hours per week during peak times in a branch.
• Sell bank deposit and loan products and services.
• Assess and address customers’ banking needs and process information.
• Refer other U.S. Bank products to appropriate areas.
• Engage in outside sales and campus marketing to drive sales opportunities.
