Job summary

Washington Trust Bank in East Wenatchee is seeking a part-time Personal Banker I-II to build strong client relationships and provide accurate service for deposit and lending products.

You will engage in personal and team sales, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and support both internal and external clients. The role requires flexible hours and a commitment to excellent service within branch operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and provide accurate service for deposits and lending.
• Proactively identify product opportunities and cross-sell suitable bank products.
• Engage with clients by phone and in person; support marketing and client outreach.
• Handle transactions, new accounts and lending tasks to meet client needs.
• Maintain compliance, risk management, and branch standards; participate in audits.
