The Relationship Banker contributes to the success of Retail Banking Centers by being a trusted resource for customers. Responsibilities include conducting marketing activities to identify customer needs, providing solutions to grow revenue in loans, deposits, and noninterest income, delivering a customer-centric experience, and maintaining operational discipline. The role supports Banking Centers within the District and may require working occasional Saturdays.
Work Best Category: Category A - 100% in the office
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm Saturday.
