Duly Health and Care's Joliet North Creek clinic seeks a part-time Rehabilitation Technician to support PT/OT teams and patients. You will assist with exercise programs, equipment setup, and modalities, ensuring safety and clear patient instruction.

Front-end tasks like check-in and scheduling may be required, with some travel to other sites for coverage. The role demands CPR certification, a high school diploma, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and execute plans of care under PT/OT supervision.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment and modalities.
• Demonstrate exercises and cue patients for proper form.
• Monitor safety and patient response to activity.
• Discuss progress with PT/OT providers.
• Maintain clinic flow and cleanliness, stock supplies as directed.
• Perform front-end tasks: check-in, co-pay collection, scheduling.
• Coordinate with referral teams regarding insurance benefits.
