Duly Health and Care in Addison, IL seeks a Rehabilitation Technician to support PT/OT teams in delivering patient-centered care. You will help with exercise setups, modalities, and patient education while maintaining clinic flow and safety, under supervision.

The role includes front-end duties such as check-in, scheduling, and insurance coordination, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and clear communication. Local travel may be required for coverage across sites.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand principles and precautions in therapy modalities.
• Identify proper patient setup on each equipment piece.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under PT/OT guidance.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Deliver modalities (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs).
• Demonstrate exercises with cues and demonstrations.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
• Discuss patient performance with PT/OT providers.
• Support clinic flow and start patients on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and equipment.
• Perform front-end tasks: check-in, co-pays, phones.
• Coordinate schedule management with clinicians.
