Job summary

Franklin County Medical Center is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician to support therapists in delivering rehabilitative care. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, transporting and positioning patients, and maintaining supplies.

Strong communication and math skills are required, with prior healthcare experience preferred. You will work with the Rehabilitation Services team in Idaho, with regular attendance and HIPAA compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Rehabilitation Technician Training and Competency Program.
• Healthcare experience or therapy student preferred.
• Good communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Rehabilitation Therapists and Therapists Assistants in delivering rehabilitative services.
• Prepare treatment areas and transport/position patients.
• Support therapy treatment plans and record patient information.
• Communicate with patients and care teams to optimize care.
• Ensure supplies are available for therapists and assistants.
• Perform routine clerical tasks supporting patient care.
