Job summary

Franklin County Medical Center in Idaho is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to assist Physical Therapy staff in delivering rehabilitative services. This part-time position entails two days per week, 8–10 hours daily, with daytime shifts and non-exempt status.

The role requires a high school diploma and completion of Rehabilitation Technician Training, plus solid communication and teamwork. You will support therapists, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain patient care quality in our

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of Rehabilitation Technician Training and Competency Program.
• Prior healthcare experience or current Therapy student preferred.
• Good communication skill in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist Rehabilitation Therapists and Assistants in delivering care.
• Prepare treatment areas and transport/position patients.
• Assist with completing therapy treatment plans.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare team to optimize care.
• Ensure supplies are available and support program improvements.
